Losing someone is never easy. We may be left with unfinished business, conflicted feelings, open questions and difficulty in finding a new normal after a death. Receiving a diagnosis that is life limiting or that impacts your quality of life can feel overwhelming. Working as a healthcare professional or a first responder witnessing death at work may leave an emptiness and sadness without time to process grief.

Holding Space Halton is a Social Service Work organization with a focus on Grief & End-of-Life Support and Professional Social Service Work offering emotional, psychological, educational and spiritual guidance through challenging times.
