Mission
To support persons living with dementia, a life-limiting illness, the actively dying, family members, care partners, and those who are bereaved through the challenges and losses they encounter.
Vision
Creating a safe space to share your thoughts, wishes and worries, providing education, empowerment and supporting the individual to search for a new normal.
Enhancing the quality of life for those who are facing a life limiting illness by providing guidance, advocacy and companionship.
Values
I value active listening, collaboration with clients, and the provision of anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, person-centered support. Building a trustful and meaningful relationship with my client is one of my main priorities.
